Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your purchase! However, if an item doesn't fit your size or you don't like it, no problem, we'll exchange it!

You just need to follow a few rules that are described below:

Occurrences involving product exchange must be informed in advance by email at choisir@choisir.com.br. The email must include the order number, your personal details and the part(s) to be exchanged. We do not accept the return of products without prior notice.

The deadline for exchanging or returning the part(s) is up to seven calendar days, counting from the day of receipt, including exchange due to defects in the part(s). No exchanges will be made after this period!
We will only accept exchange/return parts, with due communication in advance by choisir @ choisir.com.br .

Only unwashed, unused products without alterations to the original piece (adjustments, hems, etc.) and without odors will be accepted.
Only products containing the brand label attached, as sent, will be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original, intact box, along with the label and invoice.
When we receive the product, our quality control will inspect the part. As soon as it is found that it meets the return standards mentioned above, the exchange/return will be carried out.

IMPORTANT: The first exchange is at Choisir's expense. Second exchange: The cost of shipping the part(s) in the case of exchange or return of the product(s) will be borne by the customer. It is important to pay attention to the measurements and composition of the pieces before making the purchase.

The exchange works as follows: if all the requirements set out above are met, when the box arrives and after passing through the store's quality control, a discount coupon is created for the value of the item to be exchanged, so that it can be purchased in the desired size. or, depending on your preference, a new product.
We do not exchange/ devolution of promotional pieces .

Return of purchase value: The amount will be credited to the customer's account seven days after the merchandise is returned to the store.
